Thrive Counseling offers what we call a semi-private practice. In short, this means that we provide all the resources and support systems that are required to function in a private practice while allowing counselors to maintain a great deal of autonomy and control over their own schedules. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been doing agency work or recently achieved licensure to start the transition into private practice. We are growing quickly and most new counselors can expect to have a full caseload in the first month of being approved to accept insurance.

We have a very aggressive pay structure; we want our counselors to make more money with us than they would working for themselves. Our goal is always that when people join Thrive they stay long term and make it a home. We provide office space, liability insurance, insurance billing, payroll (W2 income), health insurance, IRA, and much more.

At this time we are only considering insurance eligible candidates: LPC for Counselors, LMFT for Marriage and Family Therapists and LICSW for Social Workers (PIP not required). We are not accepting applications for associate licensed counselors at this time.
